Council agrees conditions on Third Energy’s North Yorkshire fracking permission

The first high volume frack in the UK since 2011 cleared another hurdle this morning. North Yorkshire County Council confirmed that it agreed planning conditions with Third Energy to enable the company to begin operations to frack for shale gas at Kirby Misperton.
